By accessing and using Zerowatt's energy intelligence platform and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
Service Description
Zerowatt Energy Intelligence Systems provides AI-powered energy monitoring and optimization solutions including but not limited to:
- Real-time energy monitoring and analytics across 25+ parameters
- AI-driven insights for energy waste identification and optimization
- Predictive maintenance alerts for critical equipment
- GHG accounting and sustainability reporting automation
- Integration with existing control systems (DCS, PLC, BMS, SCADA)
- Executive dashboards and MIS reporting
- Virtual energy expert recommendations
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate facility and energy system information
- Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
- Not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform
- Ensure proper integration and maintenance of IoT sensors and monitoring equipment
Data Ownership and Usage
You retain full ownership of your facility data and energy consumption information. Zerowatt uses this data solely to:
- Provide energy intelligence services and recommendations
- Generate reports and analytics for your facility
- Improve our AI algorithms and platform performance (using anonymized data)
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
Service Level and Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform scheduled maintenance. We will provide advance notice of planned downtime when possible.
Limitation of Liability
Zerowatt provides energy intelligence and recommendations based on data analysis. While we strive for accuracy:
- Final operational decisions remain your responsibility
- We are not liable for decisions made based on our recommendations
- Our liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
- We are not responsible for equipment failures or operational issues beyond our platform
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our platform, AI algorithms, software, and documentation remain the property of Zerowatt Energy Intelligence Systems. You are granted a limited license to use our services as outlined in your service agreement.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice as specified in your service contract. Upon termination, you will retain access to your historical data for a specified period.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
